Who can remove breads and grains in their meals? Who can stay away from all the delicious foods?

None of us I guess, but we can stay away from all the harm they carry. Yes, all our food can harm us, specifically our teeth.

Tooth decay, is caused by poor of dental hygiene. It occurs when the bacteria in your mouth produce acid that damage the hard tooth structure. These bacteria feed on foods containing starches and sugars including the ones we love like chocolates and candies, soda pop, breads, cake, and even fruits.

Once the bacteria have bore a hole in your enamel down to the soft tissues, then that is time you will experience tooth ache.

Tooth decay is treated in various ways depending on the severity. For slight tooth decay, you can use fluoride to prevent or stop this from developing. If your teeth have been diagnosed with mild tooth decay, you dentist may resolve to filling it with a filling compound.

If your teeth have decayed so much and have already broken, repairing it with crown is more appropriate. But the worst case scenario is that your tooth has to be removed because of the severe damage.

But you don’t have to suffer all these pain if we observe proper oral hygiene. By simply brushing with fluoride, rinsing with mouth wash, and flossing, we can prevent these nasty bacteria from producing acids. A regular visit to your dentist to check your teeth and overall oral health is also advised.
