If you want your kids to eat healthy, it’s crucial that you eat healthy to. And, don’t stock up on lot’s of sugary sweets when you go to the store. Almost every kid loves cookies and cakes, by making yourself at home, you can control the ingredients and make them healthier.

Another really great way to get kids to eat better is to let them help prepare the foods. If they’re too young to help you cook, they can always help you make snacks. If they absolutely refuse to eat vegetables, try letting them grow some of their own. The probably won’t be able to wait to eat vegetables they’ve grown themselves.

Most kids don’t like a lot of different fruits, but they love frozen treats. Instead of buying them at the store, make healthy ones with pure fruit juices at home. Tempt your child into eating fresh vegetables by letting them grown their own. And, if all else fails, simply incorporate diced or shredded vegetables into foods that they do love.
